Marley Equitone Tectiva and Vitrabond Aluminium systems combining to form a durable cladding solution 

Following a number of successful  projects Primars have continued developing its cladding portfolio moving it to cladding only contracts and now into complete external refurbishment projects. Primars now undertake structural steel frame infill through to full external cladding system including Trespa, Marley Equitone, Rock Clad and a number of aluminium panels systems. The above contract is a complete refurbishment  of the external facade including building out to construct a extension to the bedrooms and forming new private balconies areas. The exiting building was extended by 1.5m each side of the existing office block to create high quality modern town residential flats.

Primars created the complete exterior of the development once the concrete frame had been finished, we infilled the frame with a insulated SFS stud work and weather defence sheathing clad in Eurobrick

Brick slip carrier board with a Ibstock brick slips, Vitrabond ceramic A1 ACM cladding panels and Marly Cedral Click vertical detail panels. We also fabricated and installed matching powder coated handrail and cappings

This roof top extension was a design and build project utilising a structural SFS frame and roof joist system forming new penthouse flats Primars installed the internal frame roof joists and outer fire proof shell and finished in Vitrabond ACM cladding.
